WHO WE ARE
The Upstate Total Rewards Association (UTRA) was founded in 2008 to provide WNY companies and HR professionals with an organization focused upon compensation, benefits and work-life issues. As a member of WorldatWork’s Local Network, we have access to resources and professional development opportunities offered by a premier global human resources association. However, as a regional association we assist members in addressing local issues.

Our June 2, 2016 meeting will feature Thriving in the Fire: Achieving Well Being for Compensation & benefits Professionals in the Overload Age. Meeting to be held at the Terry Hills Country Club in Batavia, NY.

2016 MEMBERSHIP FEE CHANGES
For 2016, we are changing our membership fee structure. We are making these changes based on the feedback you provided, as well as to ensure we are offering the most cost-effective programming to our members.
Whats changing? This year, annual membership fees are inclusive of the cost of attending general meetings and networking breakfasts and lunches. This means there will be no additional costs for members who attend a membership meeting or networking meal during 2016 once they pay the annual fee.
For professional memberships, the annual fee will now be $60. For student memberships, the annual fee will be $30.
