MEMBERSHIP
UTRA offers two types of membership: professional and student. Memberships are typically for a calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31).
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Membership in our association provides the following:
- An opportunity to be part of a local network dedicated to total rewards with a focus upon the unique needs and challenges of Upstate New York companies.
- Formal and informal networking opportunities with other professionals involved in total rewards management.
- Members attend UTRA meetings and other events at rates below those of non-members.
- Non-member meeting fee:
- $30 (Professional)
- $15 (Student)

Fees may vary for joint meetings with other professional HR organizations and special events.
Professional development opportunities specific to total rewards.
WorldatWork certification credits for attending locally-sponsored courses.
WorldatWork re-certification credits for attending our events and/or volunteering.
Access to other contacts in the total rewards profession, including guest speakers from our meetings.
Access to additional Human Resources events through a partnership with local Human Resources associations.
Enable interested members to join one of our standing Committees (our bylaws require each individual serving on a Committee to be a dues paying member of the organization).
To become a member or renew your membership:
- Complete the UTRA membership application form, regardless if you have completed one in the past. We are updating our membership records.
- Provide a check, payable to Upstate Total Rewards Association, Inc, to cover dues.
- Professional Membership Dues: $60
- Student Membership Dues: $30
